  Ths place is a joke. Apparently they they can't figure out the correct balance between profit and customer service.. multiple phone disconnections while being transferred hours and in one case a day between phone calls being returned rude staff ridiculous waiting time obnoxious nurse who thought it was hysterical that a single father broke his wrist in 4 places and is having trouble feeding his family very funny to her.a Doctor Who is too busy to properly rewrap an Ace bandage seriously I' have had meatball subs wrapped with more skill picture cotton padding on Recycled splint sticking through fingers and hanging out from elbow not the guy want to do my surgery I work with my hands.they are overwhelmed. I admit they provide a more technical product than I do but at the end of the day we are both in the service industry if I provided the same level of service as this place did I would be out of work good luck to anyone who goes there

  I was respectful of their time by being on time. I waited 40 minutes to be seen, only to get a PA named Maia who was very condescending and uncaring. I have been shuffled from room to room for nearly 2 hours.
